Flight Simulators
Our flight simulators are fully integrated, tested, and configured – ready for take off. From entry level to fully customized cockpits, our turnkey flight simulators are built upon years of experience providing flight simulators for use by commercial venues, private pilots, and hobbyists.
Powerful Range
Our simulators can come equipped with a wide range of proven flight sim gear and instrumentation, including:
- Realistic and officially licensed controls
- Branded replicas of Boeing, Airbus, US Air Force (USAF) and US Navy aircraft
- Optional motion integration from 2 Degrees of Freedom (2 DOF) to 6 DOF full motion systems
- VR Integration: ultra-wide field of view (FOV) and 8k resolution for an unparalleled immersive experience
- VR Motion compensation for motion equipped simulators
- Fixed-wing and rotary-wing (helicopter) simulators
- Dual use driving and flight simulators
Commercial Cockpits
A new lineup of innovative, world-class flight simulators that will be eligible for FAA certification to log flight hours, making it easier to take advantage of flight simulator benefits in training, including:
- Optional virtual flight lessons and tutorials for a wide range of aircraft
- Data collection and trending
- Simulated conditions and environments for focused skill development
- Virtual post flight review of entire flight
- Failure scenarios and simulators
Taking our flight simulator solutions to the next level, we are combining our expertise in design and building simulators with the experience of real Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), pilots, US Air Force (USAF) pilots, and commercial pilots on The Virtual Snowbirds (VSB) team.
Expert Pilot Input
The VSB is a group of aviation and flight simulator enthusiasts from North America. Created in 2006, The VSB’s goal is to recreate the Canadian Forces Snowbirds performances in a flight simulator environment replicating the skill, teamwork and professionalism found in the Canadian Forces Snowbirds.
VSB members all come with a varying background of experience, which includes RCAF and USAF members and commercial pilots from private/charter all the way up to super jumbo pilots.
They not only have exceptional real life flight experience, but what brings the VSB team members together is their passion for flight simulators and carrying out virtual flight performances together. Their flight experience and skill – both real and virtual – combined with our know-how in designing, building, and maintaining simulators, solidifies the PL SIMulators advantage.
Partial and full cockpit flight simulators will cover a wide range of fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Thanks to flexible engineered cockpit design, each simulator cockpit will be available in multiple motion configurations, allowing us to continue delivering tailored solutions based on customer requirements and budget.
For each application, 5 main criteria are tailored to each solution:
1. Level of equipment (i.e. desktop, partial, or full cockpit)
2. Type of aircraft
3. Application (i.e. recreational or training)
4. Cockpit configuration
5. Motion compatibility

Our innovative flexible cockpit design allows each simulator to also be upgraded over time, providing an unprecedented phasing option to acquire a simulator meeting your use and configuration with the option to add motion capability in the future. This lowers barrier to entry, making it easier to take advantage of flight simulator benefits in training.
