The majority of projects don’t require customized solutions but if you do, you can be confident that you will end up with a properly configured and engineered solution.
Custom Solutions
Every design takes into account a range of criteria including ergonomics and seating position, adjustability, realistic controls and points of touch, maintenance, aesthetics, and, last but certainly not least, performance.
Where motion simulation is required for the application, that requires further consideration of motion system loads and harmonics (vibrations).
Our engineering services include Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and rapid prototyping (3D printing) in various materials so design proofing and validation can be optimized.

Design Validation and Testing
Thanks to in-house rapid prototyping (3D Printing) including large format printers and various material printing capacities, design validation and testing is quicker and more cost efficient.
At various stages of the design, we prototype any components needed to validate fitment, usability, and ergonomics before final construction. That means that not only the design validation process is faster and more cost effective, but the final product is better optimized for your use and requirements.
